Jonesboro City Stars

The mission of the City Stars Youth Sports Program is to capture the hearts of Jonesboro's children through recreational athletics and to improve the quality of athletics in Northeast Arkansas.  City Stars seeks to make athleitcs availbable for all Jonesboro children and does not discriminate on gender, race, color, creed, religion, national origin, economic status, or handicap.  City Stars believes competitive recreational athletics gives kids purpose, improves health, teaches fitenss, fills idle time, builds self-confidence, and teaches respect for authority.  High-quality, competitive, recreational athletics programs are an answer to youth delinquency, crime, drugs, alcohol, and teenage pregnancy.
